YEAH! Rock Block

YEAH! Rock Block is a music education program where students learn the art of playing music through the experience of playing in a band. Each session is ten weeks long, with eight practices and two showcase concerts. Once a student has applied, she/he will be placed in a band based on instrument, experience, and availability. Each practice is an hour and a half long. The bands decide what style of music to write, what their name will be, and all other things that go into making a band. Seats are limited so do not miss out on your opportunity to join.

The most exciting part of rock block is the opportunity to perform an original or cover song at the showcase at the end of the session. Our next session begins January 19, 2013.
